Mary Inglis – Senior Lawyer
Mary joined Rosey Batt & Associates in 2008 and has over 34 years of experience practising law in both the Federal and State jurisdictions. Prior to joining Rosey Batt & Associates Mary worked in private legal practice in large national firms as well as smaller firms.
Mary has advised and represented clients on a wide range of legal issues, including extensive commercial litigation with an emphasis on the small business and franchising sectors; advising clients on business structure and compliance issues. However Mary predominately deals with complex family law matters involving family businesses, including farms. Mary places a strong emphasis on resolving all disputes at an early stage to minimise both commercial and emotional damage for clients.
She also advises clients in the areas of Wills, Estates and succession planning generally.
Mary is a member of The Law Society of South Australia and The Law council of Australia’s Family Law Section.
