The firm was established in 2001 by Rosey Batt who wanted to create a highly professional legal firm that values clients whilst providing a flexible and friendly work environment for her employees. Prior to establishing the firm Rosey was a partner at Minter Ellison and has extensive experience in the areas of Commercial and Corporate law. She is supported by lawyers and administrative staff who provide significant depth and experience to the firm.

At Rosey Batt & Associates we offer services in Commercial Law, Corporate Governance, Family Law, Employment Law, Intellectual Property, Competition and Consumer Law, Conveyancing and Wills and Estates. Injury, Defamation and Protection of Reputation are other areas in which we can assist you.

Our location on Glen Osmond Road allows you to park at our door however we work to accommodate your needs and will see clients after hours or come to you if necessary.

We also visit Kangaroo Island regularly and the Fleurieu Peninsula by appointment.
