Rebekah Griffith

Prior to joining Rosey Batt & Associates in 2015, Rebekah worked for a not-for-profit health quality improvement organisation and brings approximately five years’ experience in strategic planning and business development.

Her work at the firm largely involves the resolution of Commercial, Estate and Family Law disputes, both in and out of Court, and she has experience in successfully resolving disputes through mediation.

Rebekah practices in the Federal Courts of Australia and all South Australian courts, commissions and tribunals, including the Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts and the Fair Work and South Australian Employment Tribunals.

Rebekah enjoys developing relationships with business owners to provide ongoing strategic business advice in a range of areas including corporate governance, business structure, contracts, sale and purchase of a business, Employment Law, Succession Planning, Family Law and workplace policies.

Rebekah has a focus on practical and commercial support and advice to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
